Nautical Mini Album

Hi friends,
Hope you're well.
Today I'm sharing another mini album that i created.
I love anything nautical and this paper collection by maja design is perfect.
Its called life by the sea.
I have decorated the cover using Tim Coffeys' travel die cuts
and used an anchor button from my craft stash.

Here i have used some wonderful charms and attached them to
the side of the album using a Tim Holtz swivel clasp.

Each pocket page in the album holds photo mats made from black cardstock,
On the page on the right hand side, i created a smaller pocket to hold photographs.

On this page i created a flap which opens up to store other photos or can be
used as a journalling spot.

Here i have used an acetate star fish and adhered it to the bottom of the page and I have stored a photo behind this.

On this page i have created another flap for photos.

I have used more acetate die cuts and a couple of light blue gems to
give them some more added interest.

This delightful seahorse die-cut is from the travel collection.

I have left some pages blank to add more photographs at a later date.

Acetate seahorse.

Finally I decorated the back of the album using the same paper line and have used another vintage button as on the front, underneath these I have adhered some bakers twine to make a closure.

Hope you like this mini album!
Thanks once again for stopping by.

Mickey & Minnie mouse custom made mini album

Hi friends,
Hope you are well.
I wanted to share a mini album that i custom made for a
very special couple.
They love Mickey and Minnie mouse and the lady asked me to make this as a surprise christmas gift for her husband.
The paper collection that i have used for this mini is by Ek success.

I have used these super cute Jolees Boutique stickers and adhered them onto this page.

In each pocket page there is a pull out insert made with black cardstock.
I have also used both Mickey and Minni Cuttlebug cut and emboss dies to create tabs on the side
of each of these inserts.

Minnie is from the Cricut Mickey and friends cartridge.

This other Minnie and Mickey are also from the same cartridge.

I also made these photo mats to go inside the mini album

These perfect love quotes complete the mini album.

Thanks once again for stopping by to take a look

Halloween coffin treat boxes

Hi friends,
Hope you are well.

I know, I know! I'm a little early for halloween this year, but as you know we crafters like to start early on our holiday projects!
I've been making these Spooktacular halloween coffin treat boxes, which can be used not only for candy, but for jewellery as well.

I found a free template off Martha Stewarts website and printed it out, if you go over to there you'll be able to find it along with instructions.

Once I had cut out and assembled the template in black cardstock, I then started to decorate the lid of the coffin. I have used papers from the Carta Bella all hallows eve collection.

I have also used a skull cameo embellishment from my craft stash and adhered that onto the lid.
I created my own black rose using the Tim Holtz tattered florals die and used leaf die cuts and black and cream resin flowers.

Here are some other designs that I have made.

I have loved making these coffin treat boxes, hope you like them too?
Thanks for stopping by to take a look, please feel free as always to leave a comment, it would be very much appreciated.

Tealight candle card

Hello friends,
Hope you are well

Today I'm sharing a Magnolia Tilda tealight candle card that I made a while back.
I love making these and they are super easy to make! To create this I have used a sheet of blank white cardstock for the base and i have decorated it using some vintage paper from my craft stash.
I have used the pink Tilda with rose rubber stamp, which i stamped onto watercolour cardstock and coloured it using Tim Holtz distress markers.
The markers i have used are, aged mahogany, for Tildas dress and rose,
vintage photo for her skin tone and hair,
and pumice stone for her tights and wings.

I have used a Doohickey Tilda's lace border die at the bottom and then i adhered the stamped image onto the centre of the card. I have also added a couple of pink glitter butterfly diecuts, pink gems and a single vintage rose in the top corner.
I created a separate tag to go inside the pocket of the card and stamped
a sentiment using one of my stamps from my stash.
I have used vanilla scented tealight candles, which, by the way smell divine!

I really hope you like this candle card. please feel free to leave a comment,
it will be very much appreciated.

Pen-pal flip book (happy mailing!)

Hi again friends,
I've been pen-palling for ten years now and have made some wonderful friends through doing so, it means that I can travel the world with my heart. Here I have made a pen-pal flip book, perfect for snail mail, mail art and post crossing.
I have made this by using a ready scored kraft card and for the cover I have used a sheet of vintage looking paper from my stash and then I stamped over it using a variety of Tim Holtz stamps. I have also adhered a butterfly sticker and fussy cut stamped images.
Underneath the clock stamp I have adhered some vintage script ribbon (also the same ribbon has been adhered to the back of the book to make a closure)

Here I have used Kaisercraft texture stamps and a Tim Holtz French script stamp in Vintage photo distress ink and stamped the whole of the inside of the flip book.

I have made an inside pocket using a piece of Tim Holtz paper, that I adhered to the left hand side of the flip book, and used this gentleman stamp by Hero arts, which was stamped onto kraft cardstock.

I have made some tags to go inside of the pocket, the stamps I have used are Tim Holtz and a post card stamp to create my own postcards.

On the right hand side of the flip book I have created another pocket using the same Tim Holtz paper and adhered washi tape down the centre and also added an idea-ology adage ticket.

Mini mail art envelopes

I made these by using manilla envelopes, which I cut to the desired size.
Here I have used stampers anonymous french market clear stamps and the violette rubber stamp from the Hampton art old curiosity shoppe set two, to create the background.
These delightful cherubs were from kraft envelopes that I purchased a few months ago; I have fussy cut these out and adhered them onto my envelopes.

Thanks once again for stopping by my blog,
